From the standpoint of disclosure, Fields has since 2004 issued Annual Reports in Japanese and English, as comprehensive reports on its business, financial condition and others. The Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2010 has received the "Good Work" award in the "13th Nikkei Annual Report Awards 2010", a series issues every year since Fiscal year ended March 31, 1998 by the Nikkei Inc..
Going forward, Fields will strive for further annual report improvement and to provide information useful for all stakeholders.
From among more than 1,000 companies listed on JASDAQ (including the former Hercules) and the TSE Mothers exchanges, the Fields IR site was ranked No. 1 on the newly developing markets, No. 2 in the by-industry wholesaling business among all domestically-listed companies, and chosen as the best site in comprehensive rankings for the third straight year.
While highly honored by this recognition, Fields will continue with all-around fillout of its IR activity, seeking for stockholders and investors yet more useful information provision and communication venue creation.
For prevention of warming, Fields participated in the "Challenge 25" national movement.
From the standpoint of its CSR, Fields implements Warm Biz employment in order to contribute to prevention of global warming by reduction of CO2 formation, using cutbacks energy usage volume as necessary to reduce excessive heating.
During the Warm Biz period from December 12, 2010 to its termination, room temperatures will be set at 20 to 22 degrees Centigrade, maintaining Warm Biz employment.
As part of its CSR activity, Fields participated on October 5, 2010 in this campaign sponsored by Shibuya ward, site of our head office.
10 employee volunteers participated, performing cleanup mainly in the neighborhood around Shibuya Station.

From the standpoint of our CSR, Fields has since 2007 implemented Cool Biz hiring to contribute to the global warming prevention movement and for all-Company promotion of greater work efficiency and health improvement.
In 2010, we set and implemented June 1 to September 30 as the Cool Biz employment period.
In a wide range of social contribution activity, Fields has long participated in a variety of sports meets related to its sports business.
As in the previous fiscal year, May 2010 saw our sponsorship of "The Legend Charity Pro-Am Tournament". Proceeds from entry fees, charity auctions and the sale of admission tickets were donated to 3 organizations: the Chiba Children's Hospital, the Japan Leukemia Research Foundation, and the Children’s Cancer Association of Japan.
Going forward, in order to fulfill its corporate social obligations, Fields will take even more all-around measures for greater social contribution activity.
As part of its CSR promotion activity, Fields on April 1, 2010 opened its "Okinawa Administrative Center" to promote employment of disabled persons.
At the opening, 5 staffers were hired. The number will be gradually expanded and the Center will in future become a special subsidiary.
Going forward, Fields will provide employment opportunities for persons with various disabilities, at the same time preparing work-friendly environments and promoting realization of an abundant society.
